Monthly Base Rates
Monthly Base Rates are for single occupancy and based on apartment type, location and square footage.
Assisted Living
Premium Studio – starting at $4,900
Classic Studio – starting at $4,500
Assisted Living Care Services
Our expert clinical team will complete a full individual assessment to learn more about your unique needs, lifestyle and routine. This assessment will determine the monthly cost of your proposed case services. We use a flexible and personalized point based system at $75 per point to determine the monthly cost of these services.
Respite Rental Rates
Respite Stay – $200/day all-inclusive
Must be paid 30 days in advance. Duration of stay must be between 21-30 days.
Other Fees
Community Fee (one time only) – $3,500/person
Second Person Fee – $1,500/monthly
Apartment Change Request – $1,500/one time
