Generations Early Learning
At Summit Place Assisted Living, we are proud to partner with Generations Early Learning & Family Center, a division of The St. Francis Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1985. Generations operates within both Mt. Baker Care Center and Summit Place, creating a truly unique environment where children and seniors come together in meaningful ways.
The heart of our program is intergenerational connection. By bringing young children and older adults together for shared activities like reading, art, music, and outdoor play, we create opportunities for mutual growth, joy, and understanding. These relationships benefit everyone involved—children gain wisdom and empathy, while residents experience a renewed sense of purpose and connection.
Our center is dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education and care, giving parents peace of mind knowing their children are in a safe, nurturing space that promotes health, happiness, and lifelong learning.
Together, we are building a community that bridges generations, enriching lives and fostering bonds that last a lifetime.
