Life at Summit Place is vibrant and engaging. Our enrichment programs are thoughtfully designed to support personal interests and abilities, offering everything from music, cultural activities, spiritual services, and intergenerational connections with children. Residents are encouraged to participate in both group and individual activities that inspire joy and purpose.

We also understand the importance of nutrition and comfort. Meals are prepared fresh daily, guided by a certified dietitian, and served in a welcoming, restaurant-style dining setting. Additional conveniences such as transportation and on-site salon services ensure that residents continue to live with ease.

Your personalized care plan is a roadmap designed to help you reach your individual goals. While our experienced team provides expert guidance through specialized training and assessments, your plan always centers on your unique needs and preferences. Shortly after your arrival, we’ll schedule your first care plan meeting at a time that works for you and your family, if you’d like them involved. We encourage active participation to ensure your plan reflects what matters most to you. From there, you and your healthcare team will meet regularly to track progress, review outcomes, and make any needed adjustments. As the patient, you and your family have the ability to guide and modify your care plan at any time, keeping your health and well-being at the forefront.

The dining experience at Summit Place is anything but typical—and neither is anything else we do. We take great pride in the meals we prepare and serve. Nearly every dish is made from scratch daily with menus created based on resident preferences. With a professionally trained baker on staff, all our desserts, breads, and muffins are crafted in-house. Every meal is thoughtfully prepared to be nutritious, well-balanced, and delicious, with careful attention to detail and warm, courteous service.

Meals are served at regular times in our welcoming social dining room, though private in-room dining is also available upon request. Guests are always welcome—just notify the kitchen at least one hour in advance, and we’ll be happy to prepare additional meals for a small fee.
